VECTOR 800 CRAWLER

The Vector 800 Crawler is an exceptionally versatile Vacuum Manipulator and Glazing Robot, designed for both high-precision glazing and crane-style lifting of loads up to 800 kg. This self-propelled, tracked machine features a Vacuum Lifter suspended from a hook on the fly-jib. Thanks to its extendable tracks, it can navigate soft, muddy terrain with ease. When retracted, the Vector 800 Crawler can pass through narrow doorways as slim as 800 mm.

The multi-stage boom with a fly-jib reaches up to 5 meters and offers a lateral swing of 25 degrees to both the left and right. The Vector 800 Crawler is equipped with built-in safety features to prevent overloading and ensure safe operation on steep inclines. All functions and speeds are managed via a wireless remote control, with manual override levers available on the machine if required.

The Vector 800 Crawler excels at "pick and carry" operations. Its central loading platform allows loads to be securely placed on the chassis during travel, preventing swinging. For added stability during transport, the tracks can be widened.
